Revelation in the word  to remember:

God is with us (Psalm 46:10-11)

Christ is in us (Colossians. 1:27)

Jesus is Lord (Philippians 2:11)

We are under his authority (Matt 28:18)

He is good news (Matt 28:19)

He is always with us (Matt 28:20)

By faith we know He dwells in us (Ephesians)

He said his Father and he would make their home in us (John 14:23)

Hw said the Holy Spirit would not only be with us but in us (John 14:17)

When he prayed he told his Father that he will be in us (John 17:26)

And so metanoia is to receive a lift from the word, recognise the drift, shift to His presence and he will heal the rift
