A prayer as we prepare to walk and bless cities and regions

Heavenly Father,

We speak salvation, healing and deliverance in Jesus’ name. 

We speak the good news of the Kingdom.

We speak, Jesus is Lord.

We speak, Jesus is here.

We ask for wisdom in every trial. We ask for spiritual discernment. 

We ask for guidance.

We ask to hear your voice speaking your instructions.

We ask for your light to shine in our hearts and on our path.

We submit to your love, your holiness and your authority for your glory in the city.

We ask as we walk on site with insight on every street, that rivers of living water will flow through your people walking in the authority of your presence for your agenda in a grass roots movement of prayer to see the green shoots of life in Christ in the places people live and Sleep.

We ask for peace in every home, for joy on every street and for love to rise in every neighbourhood.

We ask for unity in love in the whole body of Christ, as we learn to walk in humility and in submission to one another’s strengths with forgiveness and reconciliation.

We confess the rubble of pride, hypocrisy, idolatry, self indulgence and self righteousness.

Lead us back to the power and wisdom of the Cross with the antidotes of humility, honesty, holiness, hope and a hunger for your manifest presence. We turn from sin.

Father, we return to your love and seek your forgiveness, healing, and deliverance in Jesus’ presence through the power of Holy Spirit. Your kingdom come and your will be done in Jesus’ name.
